JOINT SESSIONS:

GROUP SESSIONS:

Starting out playing competitive sports from a young age deeply imbedded my desire to want to be the best. Football, rugby, judo, you name it, I was all over it. This passion for sport saw me attend Southampton Solent university and study applied sport science for 3 years. This course gave me a wealth of knowledge and experience I cannot wait to share with each and every one of you. From sport specific training, to get you that edge over your competition, to hypertrophy and strength training, to help you pack on some size, to general fat and weight loss, no goal is too small or too big.
My competitive nature now drives me to to put 100% effort into everything I do. When I am not hard at work or training myself, I am always looking to improve and further my knowledge within the fitness industry, be it through reading, watching Vlogs or listening to podcasts. I will never ask someone to do something I am unable to, which is why I will always trial new fitness plans, diet fads and training regimes to see what they are all about! At this stage your probably thinking to yourself, ‘that’s all well and good but what makes you different to the other trainers out there?’ The answer is simple. My life revolves around fitness and being active. I love being within a gym setting, there is nothing more addictive to me than helping people become the best version of who they want to be. The sense of achievement and pride you feel to see someone achieve their goals is out of this world.
So if you are ready to become the person you’ve always wanted to be, if you wish to undertake some seriously challenging training, whilst having fun at the same time, look no further. At the end of the day, when all is said and done, it is all about you.
