Rangers
Tenacity is a wonderful fusion of body weight exercise and weight training. Mastering your own body weight through challenging exercise is something to be proud of. We teach you this at Tenacity with the use of our outdoor TRX frame! TRX and Kettlebell stations are at the ready amongst others! A variety of weights will be available to suit you.
This class is outside or inside - season and weather dependant.
